I’m a dedicated Pilates instructor and proud mother of two little girls. My journey with Pilates started years ago as a means to improve tone and flexibility but quickly evolved into a profound passion. Embracing Pilates throughout both my pregnancies not only enhanced my flexibility but also provided a sense of mental calm. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates, along with certifications in Pre and Post-Natal and Reformer Pilates.

I truly believe in the holistic benefits of Pilates and I'm enthusiastic about sharing its many advantages with you. Whether you aim to overcome injuries, build overall strength and flexibility, enhance mindfulness, or navigate pre and post-natal fitness, Pilates has something for everyone. Consistency is key and developing body awareness through Pilates can profoundly transform how you feel and move.
